Absolutely horrible service. Took two visits and a hefty charge for extremely poor work. Complained and received pathetic discount. Left with damage to walls and a wobbly tv unit.
We were very happy with our TMT handyman experience. We got the pleasure to work with the lovely George, very polite, thorough and quick working. Finished all the jobs quicker than expected, and to a high standard. We will be using TMT in the future again
I have used TMT Central for various jobs in the office (electrical, painting, handyman jobs etc) and also bought items from the shop Portland Hardware on many occasions. They are friendly, reliable, punctual and do the job to a high standard. The communication is top and on many occasions the jobs gets checked by management afterwards to ensure the job has been done properly. If not, the contractor comes out again to fix it. It is great to have such a handy shop and services close to the office in Central London and I highly recommend both the shop and the services they provide
Can't recommend them highly enough. Bek from the company arranged for Nashat and Ahmed from his team to visit us for some carpentry / mice proofing work. They arrived and truly went the extra mile for us. Super professional. Very clean, accommodating and friendly too. They did their best to resolve the situation ASAP for us and successfully did so. Any other contractor could easily come up with excuses to drag the job for days. Instead, Ahmed and Nashat stayed until 8PM (and procured the missing materials on the day) to see the job through. Thank you TMT for the great job you do.
