From the outside looks great although lots of signs about masks, phones, amount of customers inside which is a bit overwhelming. Entered and asked the gentleman to show me enclosed cat litter trays. They had one in 2 different colours: £40. For me, that’s quite a lot. Nonetheless, I love my cat and he is worth it :)))…. The second I took my phone out my pocket, I was warned to not use it as it will interfere with the fish. I explained I wanted to take a photo to show my partner before committing to a hefty £40. The gentleman behind the counter replied ‘you cannot take photos, everyone know what they look like anyway’…I was very disappointed by this harsh and passive aggressive approach. I decided to leave and on my way out I let the gentleman know not to worry and that I would go elsewhere. Seemed like he was too concerned about his fish than selling a product to a willing customer. Whilst I can appreciate the fish may be affected by the ‘signal’ or ‘waves’ of the phone, as a customer I did not feel welcome.
Don’t use them complete waste of time . My turtle had an eye infection when I bought it home and actually checked it . I attempted to call them many time however they constantly hang up on me when I asked for help.
The nice young lady gill is so helpful. I will definitely be back . Just wish they had more fish ????????
Bought two budgies and a cage, great customer service. I'm giving only 3 starts because, the store, bird cages weren't so clean as they should be, behind the birds cages on the wall was bird droppings, some fish tanks where covered with green algae.
Omg......the chap who appears to be the owner only seems to be interested in dying his hair....ne cannot or will not answer questions....his assistant who he seems to treat abominably....was so lovely.....he....needs to retire....and let the lovely girl run it....she would b awesome....he needs some serious customer service skills....
