I’ve visited this store many times over the years and the service is always wonderful. I had my ears pierced a few months ago and, although very expensive, the service was really good. Great quality jewellery and if I’ve ever had any issues they exchange or fix with no questions asked. It’s worth setting up an account for warranty checks so that you don’t need to keep receipts.
Mr Ovidiu was super knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff members are splendid. Superb choice of unique jewellery too.
Easy to order, great sale and delivery was very good but the clast quality on the earrings isn't great. I've had all of the ring earrings I ordered, small and medium come loose a few times and it was just lucky I noticed in time or I would have lost them. They are very pretty though so still wearing them...
Bad quality and bad customer service. I’ve bought a number of pieces from Monica Vinader over the years but the quality of the pieces never last. After one year I had to stop wearing some of the bracelets and same for the rings. It’s a shame, the designs are nice but the quality does not justify the price. MV excuses their quality by offering to fix the items or replace them with new. The reality is further from the truth. After I went to the shop with my damaged pieces, I was treated by the Sales Assistant as she was making me a favour, just for considering whether to fix or replace the items. I wanted a different ring size too and she made it look like it was a problem (as if rings were priced by size…). On top of that, I spent almost an hour at the shop due to their slow service. The sales assistants and manager would talk about my case whilst I was in front of them and then repeat back to me which just delayed the whole process. Really disappointing. Every time I visit the store, they promise wonders and great after sale but when you do go and ask for it, they treat you like a second class customer. After such frustrating and unnecessarily long experience, I left with my old pieces which are really not worth wearing anymore.
I have been admiring Monica Vinader for a while and just needed to make the time and go get my few bits of jewellery! So I had the morning off work this week so I went to choose my pieces carefully. From earrings, to necklaces, rings, bracelets and charms. I would say from start to finish the lovely lady Melanie at Canary Wharf was exceptional in showing me all the lovely pieces! She was patient with someone as fussy and particular as me! She knew everything about each piece of jewellery and I nearly spent 2 hours. I did purchase a lot too! The valued care and customer service from Melanie and all the other staff surrounding to help me and others was a joy to see. Dear Monica you got this. I know you are also from San Sebastián. One of my favourite destinations I always visit. I hope Lovely Melanie gets to see my review. Thank you sweet Melanie. I will be back as I am so not done yet.
