I was walking around the area with my Fiancee trying to find wedding bands for our wedding and our experience in Ovadia was amazing. Dorina is very friendly and she took the time to go through all the different options. The experience was different because she was very friendly and patience while in the other shops in the area they just wanted to close the deal without even listening to us and trying to understand what we wanted. If in the future I need to buy more jewels this will be our place to go.
We had such a lovely experience working with Ovadia for my engagement ring and both our wedding rings. They couldn't have been nicer to deal with, creating a bespoke option from stones they got in for us to select from, and we went from feeling a bit overwhelmed by our Hatton Garden experience - and some pushy salesmanship elsewhere - to really enjoying it.
AMAZING. I was initially walking around Hatton Garden relatively aimlessly looking for an engagement ring, and as soon as you walk into Ovadia you can tell that it is a polar opposite experience to most of the places in HG. I had truly fantastic service from start to finish working with Hannah, who helped me design and craft the most beautiful ring which was a huge hit! And most importantly, it was really fun and made what can be quite a daunting experience really enjoyable and memorable. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you Hannah!! :)
Hannah and Dorina were extremely helpful, responsive, and nice to work with. While I didn't end up purchasing anything from Ovadia (I was really specific in what I was looking for), I really appreciated their high level of service and sincerity. They didn't rush me and let me know when they couldn't find the exact spec I was looking for so I could continue my search.
