Each member of staff is exceptional at what they do, always chatting about more training they have coming up, you can tell they’re very passionate! Always make me feel welcome and are happy to give me advice on anything beauty related! My nails are always on point, my brows perfectly shaped and my balayage looking like God made me that way himself ???? If you decide to come here, you will never go elsewhere ????
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I don't write reviews but I was literally robbed (I booked an 140 pounds highlights and got billed 320 pounds! THIEVES! and got something I did not want or ask for. I'll have to wait years for my natural color to grow back! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I booked half head highlight with a trim (140 pounds) as i love my natural hair color and just wanted to add a bit of texture. Jess booked me in for a balayage transformation, the most expensive thing on the list with all the possible extras. I specifically asked when I arrived at the salon how much it will cost as that booking looked very fishy. She convinced me that the baleyage is what i am asking for( i was showing her a picture of baby lights) but reassured me its going to be max 250 pounds with a trim and everything included. IN THE END SHE BILLED ME 320 POUNDS. CANAVING AND HORRIBLE. AND MY WONDERFUL DARK HAIR IS NOW ALL YELLOW. SHE LITTERALLY SPLURED COLOR EVERYWHERE WHEN I SAID I WANT TO KEEP MY NATURAL COLOR! THIS SALON IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND SUCH PEOPLE SHOULD BE FIRED. PLEASE DONT EVEN CONSIDER GOING HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE TRICKED, POOR AND DISATISFIED! Im buying a 10 pound dark dye to cover this mess. (After picture is taken 15 min after leaving the salon) Reply to owner: Ive already wasted 3-4 hours of my life and 320 pounds. Im not giving any more of my time or money or hair to your salon. I told Jess that it was not what I asked for or the price she told me when i arrived. I am sincerely afraid future customers might also get scammed like this, so sharing my experience is valuable.
Nicolae was brilliant. Very friendly, great listener. He took my haircut reference images and replicated it almost exactly - I love my new hair! For me, £80 for a haircut isn't nothing but I'd say it's definitely worth the price.
Blue Mango salon is a hidden gem. I moved in to the area a year ago and decided to give it a go. Now I can say that after so many years, I finally found a stylist who understands exactly what I want. I don’t even have to explain or show pictures, Nick just gets it and I trust him completely. Thank you so much Blue Mango for being simply amazing.
Absolutely love Dovile’s work! Today I got my brows done which I am so happy with (10 out of 10!) Dovile is not only excellent on her work she is also very kind, paciente and friendly, always with a smile on her face. I really am in love with the Bluemango Salon! Love how you can get all done in only one place and how wonderful everyone is there. Also Hugo and Nick are excellent hairstylist! Absolutely love their work! Couldn’t be more happy with everything!
